Last week the girls and I took a walk through Blithewold. We only made it through a fraction of what was there because each and every flower, dragonfly, butterfly and bee begged to be studied, to amaze us, and to be completely appreciated in every way. It was astounding. I think we need to make a point of going every week so as not to miss any of this ordinary, but oh, so extraordinary magic, brought to you by summer.
Not to mention the amazing insects of summer. I think the dragonfly photo is completely mind-blowing. Great picture - looks like the girlies enjoyed it and "completely appreciated" it hugely.
