We had a lovely Christmas. Just spent quietly at home. They girls didn't wake us too early, Santa was able to bring exactly what the girl's had asked for and they were very happy and cute, we had some time with just the four of us to open gifts and stockings and then my brother arrived to spend the rest of the day with us.

He surprised us with gifts for the girls and a beautiful birdhouse he made for all of us. We relaxed, listened to music, watched movies, and ate a nice dinner together before Steve brought Charles home and I tucked my happy, tired girls into bed. It was a wonderful day. It would have been perfect if my other brother could have been here too, I missed him all day, but I loved my family that was here all day long and felt very grateful for the peaceful and wonderful day with them all.
